Lecciones para los diálogos de paz en Oslo y La Habana

Aquí adjunto el texto de un nuevo documento, “Lecciones para los diálogos de paz en Oslo y La Habana,” que se lanza hoy cuatro instituciones–el Instituto Estadounidense para la Paz (United States Institute of Peace/USIP), la Universidad de Georgetown, la Universidad de los Andes, y el Centro de Investigación y Educación Popular /CINEP.   Nuestras instituciones siguen convencidas de la necesidad de aprender de la historia de los procesos pasados de paz en Colombia tanto como el acumulado de experiencias en otras zonas de conflictos.  Leer el documento aquí.
