    Just curious: how likely that a final agreement will be signed soon? Is the March 23 a hard deadline? Seem like there are still many issues to be resolved. What happens if they miss it?

      I think the parties are working as quickly as they can to reach a final agreement by March 23. Given the remaining agenda items and the time-consuming (and effective) process of dialogue that they have established as the mechanism to reach agreements, I would be surprised if they make the deadline. That said, there are strong incentives on both sides for this to happen, so I may be surprised.
