More Late-Breaking News Live from Havana: Agreement on Drugs Reached at Peace Table

The delegates of the government of Colombia and the FARC-EP meeting in Havana have reached agreement on the topic of illicit crops and drug trafficking, the fourth item of the “Framework agreement for ending the conflict and the construction of a stable, durable peace,” and the third agenda item under discussion at the peace talks in Havana.  Agreements have already been reached on the first two agenda items– rural agrarian reforms and political participation.  The next item expected to be discussed is victims rights to truth and reparations.
